If the goods are damaged during the shipping process, please notify us as soon as it is practically possible. You can either refuse shipment, or take pictures of the damages and request acknowledgement from the shipper.
RETURN
If you feel that the product is not for you for any reason after its delivery, we would gladly accept returns within 45 days of your purchase. Please be advised that you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost (both ways) plus 5% restocking fee on the cost of goods. All returns must be unused to receive refund. Specifically, all returned merchandises can not be installed, cut, damaged, opened, repackaged, or altered in any way. They must also have been properly stored in normal conditions. Generally, wood flooring should be stored at temperature between 65° to 85°F, and moisture levels between 40% to 60%.

CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us by phone or email as soon as possible. For cancellation request made within 24 hours of purchase, there will be no restocking charges. Otherwise, you will be charged a 5% restocking fee of your purchase. - Contact us at 404-308-7808 or [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA).
- Confirm your return request and desired pickup time by email.
- Please properly package your return and load it on the pallet (you can reused the pallet that came with your purchase). Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the shipment is palletized and secured prior to return shipping, so please pack carefully.
- We will issue refund within two weeks of the acceptable receipt of goods.
